WalkInto supports Gmail or Google Apps email for logging in.  This should work fine on every desktop browser and every day 100s of people login and create tours.  But sometimes because of browser settings things can start to look a bit confusing.  good news is that it can be easily resolved.


  1. Check whether you have some browser plugin that is blocking the login popup. You will see an indication for this on the browser bar.
  2. Some times Chrome cookie settings can create problems.  It needs to look something like this for the login to work correctly.  Verify the settings from 'Settings'


Go to 'Show Advanced Settings' > 'Content Settings' > 'Cookies' > manage Exceptions


You need to allow Google servers :  '[*.]google.com'  | ALLOW


Watch the animation below to see how it is done.  It is very simple and harmless.  So make sure that the third party cookies are enabled for '[*.]google.com'.    This should resolve most of the problems with loging in.  If it still does not work log a ticket here with some screen shots so that we can help you resolve it quickly.
